 Part 1: This week was very meaningful because it marked our first big project: creating a professional video related to computer science.  Part1:  This week has been both challenging and rewarding. I’m really proud of my team for creating an impressive and well-balanced video on AI ethics. In just eight minutes, we managed to cover all the key concepts clearly and effectively, a result that truly reflects the effort and dedication of Team 8. My main responsibilities were to create content and design the presentation slides. For research and idea generation, I used ChatGPT, which helped me refine complex topics into concise, understandable points. To design the slides, I worked with Google Slides and experimented with several online themes to make our visuals engaging and professional. Part 2: Reflecting on this week’s lecture readings, I watched Hany Farid’s TED Talk “How to Spot Fake AI Photos.” Farid, a digital forensic scientist, explained how generative AI allows anyone to produce incredibly realistic fake images and videos.  This week I had a really exciting discussion with my teammates about our capstone ideas. We all shared what we wanted to work on and gave each other feedback. I also talked with my teammate David, who wants to create something related to mods or games for his capstone project. I suggested that he try connecting his idea with artificial intelligence. For example, he could add features that analyze or adapt to player behavior, emotions, or playing style. We even talked about self learning mods that could change and improve over time. It was a fun and inspiring talk that gave me new motivation for my own project. This week has been one of the most valuable weeks for me so far. I learned so many things that will really help in my future career. From the career guide I learned how to prepare for interviews, how to create a strong resume, and how to write a good cover letter. Part One: Support and Comment on Teammates' Goals  After reading my classmates’ posts, I can see that each of us has a different approach to reaching our goals. My classmates show a lot of ambition and curiosity, wanting to explore different areas of Computer Science and Software Engineering while also developing leadership skills. I really admire their drive to stay open to new opportunities and experiences. For me, my approach is a bit more focused. My main goal right now is to do well in my computer science classes and build a strong foundation that will prepare me for graduate school. I know that consistency and effort in my coursework will help me reach my bigger goal of working for one of the big five technology companies. While my classmates aim to explore multiple directions, I am more interested in mastering one clear path and moving forward step by step. I think both approaches have value.
